Can I get a refund if the event is cancelled or reschedule?

If your event is canceled you don't have to do a thing. We'll inform you of the cancellation and refund your entire order (excluding service fee and transaction fee) on the same card used for purchase. Your refund should post to your account 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation notice. If the event is rescheduled, its entirely on event organizer’s hand to decide if he will accept refunds, so please contact your event organizer in that case.
