If it's been more than 1 week since you requested a refund from the event organizer (2 business days if you paid using PayPal) and you haven't heard back, get in touch with us. If your refund has been issued, it can take up to 7 business days to show up in your account. If it’s past that time, get in touch with your bank or credit card provider for assistance with locating the refund.
TIP: If you’re requesting a refund for an order processed through PayPal, you can contact PayPal directly to file a claim. They’ll be able to assist you toward a resolution.
NOTE: Per our Terms of Service, our event organizers manage their own refunds and set their own refund policies. Please note that if the organizer has a no refund policy, we will defer to their policy.
